THE MISSION AND THE GOALS
A quality activity, the spread of a culture of sport, the growth of children as athletes and as people.
This is the project of the National Academies. Juventus identifies the best amateur clubs for each geographical area of reference with the aim of promoting the correct management and management of football schools in Piedmont and Italy, providing clubs with the basis for educating their children in sporting quality, bringing together centres of excellence where youngsters can train and develop according to Juventus’ technical principles and guidelines, generating technical development and promoting a correct sporting culture.
These clubs represent fundamental territorial points of reference as they are located in strategic areas. Precisely for this reason Juventus has the desire to help them grow and make them become real “centres of excellence” where the youngsters can have fun and play in the Juventus colours.
A central role is assumed by the Scouting Area, together with the Technical Area, with constant connection with the Juventus staff. The aim of the project is also to build centres of excellence together, so that perspective profiles can grow and develop within the Basic Activities of Juventus Academy Italia.
At the heart of the project are the children and the coaching staff who work with them.
