Maurizio Scanavino is the Chief Executive Officer of Juventus.
Born in 1973, he holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Turin and has gained professional experience in various sectors (consulting, automotive, and publishing), both in Italy and abroad.
After starting his career at Accenture and later working in digital services and e-commerce development, he joined the Fiat Group in 2004. There, he contributed to the company’s revival under Sergio Marchionne, serving as Brand Promotion Director with responsibility for marketing and communication for the Fiat, Alfa Romeo, and Lancia brands.
In 2007, he transitioned into the publishing sector of the Group as Digital and Marketing Director at the publishing house of La Stampa, focusing particularly on product development, the digital portfolio, and M&A projects. He subsequently led the process that resulted in the creation of the GEDI Group, one of Europe’s leading publishing companies. In that role, he worked to consolidate GEDI’s position as Italy’s digital transformation leader in the publishing industry, also through acquisitions and strategic investments.
As CEO of Juventus, his task is to combine sporting success with sustainability, in line with the Club’s great tradition.
