People First

The People First pillar places the importance of individuals at the heart of the Club’s culture and strategy, integrating ESG themes concretely across all areas of the organization.

To strengthen this approach, we integrated the ESG Team within the People & Culture Department, which has now become People, Culture & ESG. This decision reflects our belief that sustainability is not just a technical responsibility, but a shared value to be lived every day by everyone.

Valuing People and Talent

We believe that a safe, inclusive, and stimulating work environment—founded on trust, respect, and professional growth—is essential to the Club’s evolution. That’s why:

  • We continuously engage and train our employees and collaborators on cross-cutting topics such as respect, equity, diversity, and inclusive language, empowering them to become ambassadors of positive and sustainable change. In this spirit, we created the Positive Impact Hub—a dynamic, innovative, and voluntary group that supports the ESG Team by proposing and developing sustainability initiatives within Juventus.

  • We launched a Talent Management Program, a two-year path designed to develop internal skills and enhance individual potential.

  • At the core of our approach is also the physical and mental well-being of our people. The Juventus Sport Programme offers free yoga, functional training, and pilates classes, led by qualified instructors, even during working hours. To support this further, we inaugurated a dedicated Fitness Room for employees, promoting a healthy lifestyle and moments of active breaks.

A Concrete Commitment to Equality and Inclusion

In April 2025, we published the “People First” Policy, which outlines our vision for a professional environment that is:

· free from all forms of discrimination,
· where everyone is empowered to fully express their potential.

In line with this vision, we have launched a structured path to further strengthen gender equity and equal opportunities within the Club by:

· promoting a corporate culture based on respect, listening, and fairness;
· ensuring fair and transparent recruitment, development, and evaluation processes;
· preventing all forms of abuse, harassment, or discrimination, and fostering a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
