Change the name of the Ticket Holder
🙋♂️ Who?
Buyers who purchased one or more tickets in the FREE SALE (or in the PREMIUM & VIP section) from the Official Juventus Ticket Shop.
📅 When?
Starting from the Juventus – Empoli national league match, the functionality will be available until 11:59 PM on the day before the match.
ℹ️ How?
The ticket holder change can only be made by the original buyer within their MY TICKET SHOP profile, in the order details section (My Orders – Details). After completing the process, the new ticket, with the new holder’s personal details must be downloaded along with the ticket.
🔔 Limitations
- The change of ticket holder can only be made once per match for each ticket holder.
- The new ticket holder will be subject to any sales restrictions in place at the time of the change (territorial restrictions based on residence and/or loyalty, as well as depending on the stadium sector).
- Tickets purchased at the UNDER rate can only be transferred to other ticket holders who are eligible for the same rate due to their age.
💶 Cost?
The cost and activation of the service will be at Juventus discretion and will be communicated on a case-by-case basis depending on the match.
