可持续发展性

"TODAY'S ACHIEVEMENTS, TOMORROW'S CHALLENGES.

Juventus was among the first football clubs to recognize the importance of sustainability, embarking on an innovative journey ten years ago. Since then, we have promoted numerous engagement activities and transparently reported our commitment through certified reports."

Today, in response to the growing urgency of global challenges demanding concrete action, we launched our new ESG strategy: Black, White & More. 'Black, White & More' embodies the essence of Juventus, our role in society, our responsibilities, and our ambitions. Juventus is black and white, victory and defeat, it is sport, it is the pitch where we give our all in every match. Juventus is also much more. With a global community of millions, we are aware of our great responsibility, but also of the opportunity to contribute to a more equitable and inclusive future.

Protecting our planet is a priority for Juventus, both as a football club and as a global company. CERTIFICATIONS AND PARTNERSHIPS

Our new sustainability strategy builds upon a successful path of environmental management that has led to significant achievements:

  • ISO 14001 Certification: Obtained by Allianz Stadium in 2019 and extended to Juventus Training Center Continassa in 2022.
  • ISO 20121 Certification: Obtained by the Club in 2021 for sustainable event management.

Active participation in networks and collaborative initiatives with other clubs, institutions, and organizations fosters networking and innovation, generating shared value. Specifically, we are part of:

  • United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change - Sport for Climate Action: Juventus was the first Italian football club (2020) to sign the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change. In 2024, Juventus participated in the "Sport for Climate Action Annual General Meeting" held in London at "The Kia Oval".
  • Climate Neutral Now: Launched in 2015 by the United Nations, this initiative encourages companies, organizations, and individuals to become more aware of their environmental impact and to voluntarily measure, reduce, and offset greenhouse gas emissions.
  • European Stadium & Safety Management Association (ESSMA): An association of experts aimed at supporting the European stadium industry in six areas: Development and construction, Operations and ticketing, Sustainability and SMART, Safety and security, Fan experience and hospitality, and Pitch management. Since 2024, a Juventus representative has chaired the association.

OUR COMMITMENTS

Sustainability at Juventus is a daily, tangible, and shared commitment, reflected across all areas of our operations: sporting, social, environmental, and organizational. Our goal is to actively contribute to building a fairer, more inclusive, and more responsible future—on and off the pitch.

In this sense, the Club recognizes the central role of sport in:

· promoting social integration,
· encouraging mutual respect,
· upholding equity as a guiding principle.

With its multifaceted brand identity, Juventus is committed to being a point of reference for its community—across all forms and at every level—every single day.

The Three Social Pillars of Our ESG Strategy

Juventus’ social responsibility is built upon three fundamental pillars focused on individual well-being and the cohesion of our community:

1. People First
This pillar focuses on our internal dimension, ensuring that every person within the Club feels engaged, supported, and valued. We foster a fair, safe, and inspiring working environment that encourages personal and professional development, engagement, and overall well-being.

2. Sustainable Glocal Club
This pillar represents our approach to sustainability in external relations, combining a global vision with local action. We are committed to generating positive social impact in the communities and regions where we operate, through educational, sporting, and cultural initiatives.

3. Fan Centrality
This pillar places our fan community at the heart of our mission, aiming to build a network united by the values of sport, fairness, and inclusion. Juventus acknowledges its role as a social amplifier and is committed to spreading positive messages through the active engagement of fans, athletes, and partners.

Each pillar is explored in greater detail in the following sections, where we present the actions, projects, and objectives guiding our journey toward genuine, people-centered sustainability.

You can find out more about our strategy by clicking on the following link and reading the dedicated section of the 2023/24 Non-Financial Statement.

SUSTAINABLE LEADERSHIP
